Global Corporate Controller

📋 Description

• Oversee the global accounting organization, spanning controllership, accounting, audit, tax, and
• Oversee global controllership functions, including financial reporting, technical accounting
• Oversee the global consolidated US GAAP audit and local statutory audits. Manage the audit process.
• Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and year end close processes including consolidation and financial
• Hands-on leadership on global technical accounting, including conducting research and drafting
• Manages all accounting operations including - AP, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash, and

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS in Accounting or Finance
• CPA required
• Minimum of 15 years of accounting experience, preferably experience from a combination of both a
• Must be an existing Corporate/Global controller in a scaled environment
• 5 years in major public accounting firm
• Experience in SEC reporting, technical accounting, and internal controls highly preferred
