Global Corporate Controller

📋 Description

• Oversee global controllership functions, including financial reporting, technical accounting
• Oversee the global consolidated US GAAP audit and local statutory audits.
• Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and year end close processes including consolidation and financial
• Ensuring that financial statements are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Hands-on leadership on global technical accounting, including conducting research and drafting
• Hands-on leadership on building and strengthening internal controls over financial reporting

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA required.
• Minimum of 15 years of accounting experience, from a combination of a publicly traded company and
• Must be an existing Corporate/Global controller in a scaled environment.
• 5 years in major public accounting firm.
• Experience in SEC reporting, technical accounting, and internal controls highly preferred.
