📋 Description

• Own cost management standards, reporting across all Volta projects
• Consolidate project cost forecasts into a single portfolio view for leadership
• Govern cost baselines and change control in partnership with project teams
• Drive value-of-work-done and accrual reporting across the fleet
• Build cost benchmarking across projects, packages and regions
• Support contract negotiations and procurement with robust cost data

🎯 Requirements

• Cost management on data centre or major capital projects is essential
• Track cost across multiple concurrent projects or a portfolio
• Forecasting, change control and earned value expertise
• Fluency with enterprise cost management systems
• Sharp analytical skills and decision-ready reporting
• Comfortable working across European and US time zones
