Global CS Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and grow a team of 5 analysts, each owning a business unit or enabler
• Design CRM processes to improve churn, win rate, and productivity
• Build relationships with local CS and RevOps teams across 13 markets
• Run a single, transparent intake for country requests and prioritize by business impact
• Lead the HubSpot to Salesforce migration and optimize post-migration
• Partner with internal Salesforce and other tech teams to scope and prioritize requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years of professional experience, 5+ in Revenue Operations, CS/Sales Operations or CRM process
• 2+ years leading teams, ideally across multiple countries or business units
• Strong hands-on Salesforce experience (objects, flows, automation, reporting)
• Proven track record of managing many stakeholders across countries or business units
• Strong business judgement and understanding of SaaS metrics (churn, MRR, win rate, productivity)
• Experience prioritising a high-volume backlog of requests
