Global Data Center Capacity Manager

📋 Description

• Build and maintain strong relationships with data center operators, developers, brokers and other
• Proactively identify available and upcoming data center capacity across our target markets.
• Develop early intelligence on new developments, expansions, power availability, capacity releases
• Maintain a structured pipeline of current and future capacity, including MW availability, RFS
• Identify off-market and early-stage opportunities before they become broadly marketed.
• Perform initial qualification of potential sites and capacity opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in the data center, cloud infrastructure or digital infrastructure industry.
• An established network within the data center ecosystem, particularly among operators, developers
• Experience identifying, sourcing, developing or selling data center capacity.
• Good understanding of wholesale and hyperscale colocation markets.
• Working knowledge of critical power, rack density, cooling, redundancy, PUE, connectivity and
• Understanding of high-density cloud and GPU infrastructure requirements.
