📋 Description

• Lead the Data Science function within the Global Analytics Team, in line with Veeva's Analytics
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of data scientists, AI/ML engineers, and analysts within the
• Partner with Global Analytics leadership to translate the broader Data Science AI strategy into
• Own global methodology – model management, observability, testing, and deployment
• Foster collaboration between consulting, data science, and engineering teams to ensure seamless

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D. in Economics, Machine Learning, Applied Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Physics
• Experience with the Life Sciences industry and applying analytics and AI/ML to related data sets
• Hands-on experience building or deploying LLM-based systems (prompt engineering, RAG, agentic
• Proven leadership of teams of 10+ people
• Intellectual curiosity, along with excellent problem-solving and quantitative skills, including the
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively explain complex
