Global Design & Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the planning and execution of all new office builds, construction, and reconfigurations across
• Develop, maintain, and implement workplace design and graphic standards across all office locations.
• Collaborate closely with local Workplace leads to ensure design alignment, seamless office
• Oversee design-related purchasing, including global furniture vendor management, quotes, and
• Source local furniture and environmental branding vendors globally, maintaining a resource
• Manage project budgets, billing, CAPEX and OPEX cost roll-ups, and annual financial tracking.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in space planning, interior design, and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, or a related technical field.
• Proven proficiency with AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with SketchUp or OfficeSpace
• Meticulous planner and problem-solver who effectively prioritizes and manages multiple simultaneous
• Strong cross-functional communicator skilled in building collaborative relationships across all
• Experienced in managing CAPEX/OPEX budgets, financial tracking, and transparent project status
