Global Director - General Ledger

📋 Description

• Own the global Record-to-Report process, including close calendar management, journal entry
• Establish and maintain global general ledger policies, procedures, account ownership standards
• Provide technical accounting expertise on the interpretation and application of relevant accounting
• Lead monthly and annual close execution across countries, shared services, and local finance teams
• Maintain governance over the chart of accounts, legal entity structures, department and practice
• Partner with FP&A to ensure actual financial results are structured and reported effectively

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• CPA, ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CMA, or equivalent professional designation preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in accounting, general ledger, controllership, or Record-to-Report
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and ability to interpret and apply accounting standards to
• Experience with ERP systems, close management tools, multi-currency accounting, intercompany
• Strong knowledge of financial close processes, journal entries, and account reconciliation.
