Own global HRIS roadmap and governance; system of record for People data.
Ensure data integrity; enable automation with AI Agents; build HR data reporting for analytics.
Oversee end-to-end payroll operations across 20–30 countries and 60 entities.
Scale Payroll Shared Services; define processes, controls, team structure.
Own annual performance and salary review cycle; calibrate market data.
Lead and grow a small direct team; interface between HR and Finance.

🎯 Requirements

5-10 years in HRIS, Global Payroll, and/or Compensation & Benefits.
Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS.
Experience managing multi-country HR processes in complex environments.
Experience with global compensation planning and job architecture.
Experience building or scaling Shared Services.
Strong analytical and data skills; AI/automation experience.
