Global Director of People and Culture

📋 Description

• Own and drive HR outcomes and deliverables that support the overall People and Culture vision and
• Serve as a trusted counsel to Engineering and Product leaders on people matters, including complex
• Lead global planning cycles such as compensation planning, goal setting, and performance reviews
• Lead HR projects such as restructuring, reorganizations, and merit cycles, guiding leaders on
• Build strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to align HR initiatives with
• Anticipate future capability needs and proactively address emerging people challenges.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR leader across multiple areas of HR
• Prior experience managing people leaders or HR team members, including across more than one country.
• Demonstrated expertise across HR functions, with experience practicing HR in a global or
• Experience leading through influence and working with virtual and global teams.
• Strong understanding of employment relations, performance management, and engagement practices.
