Global Director of Transfer Pricing

📋 Description

• Own and continuously improve the global transfer pricing framework for services, intellectual
• Partner with business, finance, supply chain, R&D, legal, controllership, and treasury leaders
• Lead economic and financial analyses, including functional analyses, benchmarking studies
• Direct the global documentation and reporting program, including the Master File, Local Files
• Establish operational transfer pricing processes for forecasts, target margins, quarterly
• Develop and maintain a global control framework, including policy governance, intercompany

🎯 Requirements

• An experienced tax leader with an advanced degree in economics, accounting, finance, tax, or a
• A seasoned professional with at least 12+ years of progressively responsible transfer pricing
• Expert in transfer pricing with deep command of OECD principles and U.S. and local-country rules
• A strategic problem solver with demonstrated success designing and operationalizing global policies
• A battle-tested advocate with proven experience leading audits and controversy matters and working
• A strong communicator with excellent executive presence, able to convert complex technical analysis
