📋 Description

Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for Product Solution Design.
Lead and mentor a team of designers and researchers.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business for cohesive experiences.
Oversee end-to-end design from discovery to final UI and systems.
Champion design thinking, accessibility, and data-informed decisions.
Own the user journey and drive onboarding, engagement, retention.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in product design/UX with 4+ in leadership.
Experience designing digital products at scale (fintech/crypto/payments/ecommerce).
Strong portfolio in design strategy, journeys, and end-to-end design.
Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
Deep understanding of human-centered design, accessibility, and responsive design.
Experience with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum; strong storytelling to execs.
