Global Enablement Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive enablement plans and programs that support the strategic goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, HR, and product, to identify
• Partner with enablement peers and stakeholders to develop training and enablement that supports
• Utilize established expertise to oversee large, cross-functional initiatives, encompassing risk
• Proactively identify and solve problems that impact the effectiveness of sales enablement programs
• Provide strategic consultation to leaders and stakeholders on best practices in enablement and

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in enablement, revenue operations, software sales, marketing, or other related
• Minimum of 2 years working with CRM, LMS, and/or CMS tools. Preferred experience with Salesforce
• Minimum of 2 years working with remote and geographically distributed teams and partners (Required)
• Minimum of 2 years planning and executing cross-functional projects (Preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years working with sales processes and methodologies; preferred experience with Value
• Demonstrated ability to originate and execute projects that address problems and improve sales
