Global ERP Operations Lead, SAP Platform

📋 Description

• Lead global run operations for SAP S/4HANA and integrated ERP platforms, ensuring high
• Drive operational excellence through structured monitoring, incident management, problem
• Establish and advance AI-enabled ERP operations and AIOps capabilities, using system telemetry and
• Define, monitor, and manage operational KPIs and SLAs to maintain consistent service quality and
• Ensure ERP environments meet applicable cybersecurity, GxP, SOX, GDPR, and other regulatory and
• Strengthen access management, segregation-of-duties controls, security patching, and other ERP

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combinations of
• Approximately 10 years of experience in enterprise technology organizations and/or consulting
• Demonstrated success leading ERP implementation and/or operations within large, complex, global
• Deep expertise with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and RISE with SAP, as well as integrated non-SAP
• Strong experience managing complex integrations and enterprise-scale SAP landscapes.
• Proven ability to lead service delivery using KPIs, SLAs, performance metrics, and continuous
