📋 Description

  • Design, document, and implement SOPs across the event lifecycle to drive consistency.
  • Own and optimize the centralized event tech stack (Cvent, Jifflenow).
  • Integrate event tech with core systems; ensure data flow to Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Lead on-site lead capture tool adoption (Icapture) and standardized data collection.
  • Be liaison and trainer for 22 managers; onboard demos and collaborate with Supply Chain.
  • Maintain and automate the Global Event Measurement Framework; track KPIs and ROI.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B Event Marketing with end-to-end lifecycle expertise.
  • 2-3 years in Event Operations, Marketing Ops, or Enablement.
  • Hands-on admin with major event platforms; Cvent, Jifflenow, iCapture; Marketo/Salesforce knowledge a plus.
  • Passion for documentation, process optimization, and scalable solutions.
  • Highly organized; able to train and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Fluent English; strong analytical skills; data-driven with KPI/ROI focus.
