🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business/finance/economics or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5-8 years in grants, incentives, or public funding
• Experience evaluating securing and managing grants with compliance
• Strong financial acumen; ROI forecasting
• Influence senior leaders in a matrix organization
• Negotiation, written communication, and exec presentation skills
