Global GTM Talent Lead

📋 Description

• Develop and execute the global go-to-market (GTM) hiring strategy for the revenue organization
• Partner with the CRO, Finance, Revenue Operations (RevOps), and Talent leadership to align hiring
• Act as the primary talent advisor to the CRO, providing strategic recommendations on hiring
• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing international recruiting organization, managing regional
• Coach and develop regional recruiting leaders, establish clear expectations, strengthen management
• Establish and maintain consistent hiring standards across revenue roles and seniority levels

• Demonstrated experience leading talent acquisition in a hypergrowth organization that expanded at
• A proven track record of meeting aggressive hiring targets while maintaining high standards of
• Experience building and leading teams of recruiting leaders, developing strong managers, improving
• Strong experience advising C-suite executives and influencing strategic decisions through sound
