• Define and evolve the global Marketing Sciences strategy.
• Create a clear multi-year roadmap that strengthens NIQ's analytical differentiation.
• Position Marketing Sciences as a growth engine and strategic partner within SA&I.
• Anticipate market, technology and client trends and translate them into new capabilities and
• Partner closely with CS & Sales leadership to accelerate revenue growth and improve win rates.
• Ensure Marketing Sciences expertise is embedded into strategic pitches and large client

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading large-scale analytics or insights organizations.
• Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated revenue growth impact.
• Deep understanding of marketing science, analytics, consumer insights or adjacent fields.
• Proven track record leading global and geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience building operating models, shared services or scaled delivery organizations.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders globally.
