📋 Description

• Lead global employee lifecycle programs (onboarding, offboarding, retention)
• Partner with executives to analyze data and design engagement strategies
• Deliver scalable programs for global career growth and inclusion
• Administer engagement surveys and translate results into actions
• Organize town halls and feedback sessions
• Develop and deliver L&D, mentorship, and leadership training
• Advise ERGs on goals, budgets, and DEI alignment
• Plan company events and recognition programs

• Experience leading onboarding, offboarding, and retention
• Administer engagement surveys and derive actions
• Manage multiple programs and large-scale events
• Handle confidential personnel data and sensitive offboarding
• Partner with leaders to build internal development programs
