📋 Description

• Lead the Global People function, including People Ops, BP, TA and Payroll.
• Drive evolution of People tech, automation and AI-enabled processes.
• Establish meaningful people metrics and dashboards.
• Ensure delivery of people programs across regions; measure ROI.
• Drive consistency, compliance and lifecycle excellence.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing People team.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in HR, People & Culture or People Operations.
• Experience leading global People and Talent Acquisition across geographies.
• Experience scaling People functions in high-growth organisations.
• Experience implementing and managing HRIS and other people systems.
• Experience partnering with executives on complex HR matters and board reporting.
• International People & Culture experience across North America, Australia and Europe preferred.
