📋 Description

  • Design and lead Fever's global onboarding for BD hires.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in top-tier consulting/strategy; 4+ years in sales enablement or rev ops.
  • Passionate about sales coaching and developing high-performing teams.
  • Experience building scalable enablement programs in fast-growing orgs.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline mgmt, and commercial execution.
  • Excellent English and Spanish communication; French/German a plus.
  • Proficient with AI tools, Salesforce, Tableau, and modern sales tech stacks.
