Global Head of Solutions

📋 Description

• Own Integration and Support engineering, roughly 20 people across three functions
• Build out the playbooks, onboarding, best practices, and SLAs that will let this organization scale
• Coach and develop technical leads, helping them grow their teams and their own leadership range
• Get hands-on with scoping and contract structuring where deals need real technical judgment, not
• Partner with Sales and Account Management leadership so solutions work actively drives cross-sell
• Partner with our POC team that includes Data Scientists to help drive POCs to a success

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading large technical teams (20+) in B2B SaaS, including building out the management
• Domain experience in financial services, fraud, risk, compliance, or banking
• Deep technical and product expertise — enough to guide strategic decisions, contribute to team
• A track record of building operational rigor — playbooks, SLAs, structured processes — as
• Experience scaling a team through a period of rapid growth
• Strong coaching instincts — you can take a talented, fast-rising leader and help them grow
