• Lead, coach, and develop a global team of Solutions Architects, establishing a culture of technical

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, software
• At least 5 years of people-management experience, including leading and developing technical teams.
• Demonstrated experience managing Solutions Architects, technical consultants, or comparable
• Strong technical knowledge of modern enterprise technology stacks, including cloud platforms
• Experience designing, implementing, or supporting cloud-based technical environments involving
• Solid understanding of generative AI, large language models, enterprise AI platforms, and emerging
