  • Prior experience in electronic payments/fintech/digital finance sectors.
  • Partner with CEOs/executives on org design, performance management, and talent strategy.
  • Track record in diagnostics, restructuring, productivity, leadership, and culture transformation.
  • Strong KPI/OKR design, performance reviews, talent reviews, and succession planning.
  • Multi-country/region experience with excellent English communication.
