Global HRIS Specialist

📋 Description

• Own the People tooling ecosystem across 17 countries with Workday at core.
• Configure, test and document Workday across HCM, Absence, Talent.
• Own the release management cycle: test impacts and deploy features.
• Troubleshoot workflow and system issues; perform root cause analysis.
• Take ownership of HR tools outside HRIS (ATS, expense mgmt) and consolidate governance.
• Partner with Tech for integrations and with external partners to deliver projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years hands-on Workday configuration.
• Proficient with Workday HCM, reporting and security configuration.
• Administered at least one other HR tool end-to-end.
• Translate business needs into system requirements; push back when needed.
• Structured with data accuracy and multi-country documentation.
• Fluent in English; able to navigate cross-country stakeholders.
