Manage visa apps and immigration docs to sponsor employees in the US, India, Brazil, Singapore, Ireland.
Develop mobility policies for short-term assignments, long-term transfers, and remote work.
Track and report global mobility data (visa status, work permits, travel days).
Partner with external counsel and PEOs to ensure local labor law and tax compliance.
Conduct HR compliance audits with local counsel across jurisdictions.
Create and update global HR and mobility policies and handbooks.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
5+ years in global HR, immigration, or mobility management.
7+ years in global HR/immigration/mobility with strong knowledge of U.S. immigration laws.
Experience with compliance regulations across India, Brazil, Singapore, and Ireland.
Experience collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and operations on compliance obligations.
Experience operationalizing compliance procedures and systems.
