📋 Description

• Support day-to-day commission calculations and help resolve participant questions from end-users.
• Assist with checks across our systems; Salesforce and Salesforce Spiff.
• Help prepare monthly variable-pay results through reconciliations, controls, and data checks.
• Analyze commission data to identify discrepancies, recurring issues, and trends.
• Contribute to user guides, training material, process improvement, audit requests, reporting and

🎯 Requirements

• Final year of bachelor, master's degree, or fresh graduate, ideally in Finance, Business
• Excel skills and confidence working with data, formulas, lookups, and structured spreadsheets.
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to checking your work.
• Analytical and curious, with the instinct to investigate when numbers do not match.
• Positive and collaborative, with good communication skills and a strong desire to learn.
• Fluent English.
