  • Define and evolve integrated global campaign strategy to deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Own end-to-end campaign execution across Field, Partner, Product Marketing, Sales, and CX.
  • Deliver quarterly global campaign plans with strategy, messaging, segmentation, tactics, budget, enablement, and KPIs.
  • Build full-funnel, multi-channel programs from lead gen to close with compelling buyer-journey storytelling.
  • Design and execute scalable ABM programs across 1:few and 1:many with digital engagement, personalized content, events, and direct mail.
  • Apply data-driven optimization across channels, audiences, and investments to maximize results.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience building integrated, multi-channel B2B demand gen and ABM campaigns with ownership of strategy, execution, and measurement.
  • Proven track record driving pipeline and revenue growth via global or regional campaigns.
  • Proficiency with Martech tools (Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense) and data-driven attribution, lead scoring, reporting.
  • Deep understanding of buyer journeys, lifecycle stages, and buying groups.
  • Ability to operate independently, define new approaches, and distill complex strategies into actionable plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and align teams.
