📋 Description

• Serve as DRI for law enforcement requests from Brazil; provide records per guidelines.
• Evaluate and fulfill legal information requests (e.g., subpoenas) timely; assess risks.
• Conduct blockchain analysis using Chainalysis, TRM Labs, and Elliptic.
• Pursue investigations with oversight; build cases from limited indicators; escalate urgent matters.
• Stay updated on laws, policies, and evolving crypto-related financial crime typologies.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year with law enforcement at federal/local level in crypto/fintech, bank, or investigations.
• Proven investigative ability: detect illicit activity patterns, build cases, document findings.
• Experience with blockchain analysis using TRM Labs, Chainalysis, or Elliptic.
• Portuguese proficiency; readiness to serve as primary contact for Brazil/Latin America law enforcement.
• Ability to evaluate and respond to legal requests; document findings clearly.
• Uses Generative AI with human oversight to improve workflows and quality.
