Global Investigator (Triage)

📋 Description

• Process inbound victim complaints and validate AI investigation tooling output
• Route cases into investigative workflows for asset recovery and takedowns
• Enrich complaint selectors with commercial data sources and on-chain/off-chain checks
• Ensure clean shift handoffs for continuous operations
• Provide feedback to engineering to improve AI triage model

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of investigative or analytical experience in private or public sector
• Strong AI fluency with daily use of AI tools and judgment to detect errors
• Baseline crypto knowledge including investment scams, pig-butchering, ransomware
• Ability to work independently with clear written handoffs
• Receptive to feedback and motivated to improve processes
• US Citizenship required
