📋 Description

• Lead IT sourcing strategy and supplier management across the organization.
• Serve as trusted advisor on sourcing, contracts, pricing, and negotiations.
• Drive supplier governance, cost optimization, and value creation.
• Collaborate with IT, business units and external partners.
• Shape procurement practices for Group IT and influence the function.
• Based at TOMRA's HQ in Asker, reporting to the SVP Head of Group IT.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience in IT sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or vendor management.
• Proven experience managing supplier contracts and negotiations.
• Understanding of IT services, software licensing, infrastructure, and sourcing models.
• Experience with budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
