📋 Description

• Develop a global account strategy and translate it into pragmatic action plans
• Provide initial point of contact to the client, facilitate effective coordination of job orders
• Maximize existing revenue potential by networking with decision-makers within the account
• Attend regular meetings with the client for marketing purposes, business development, technical
• Monitor all communications with the account to ensure compliance with account requirements
• Ensure full responsibility for global agreements and contracts in place

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• Educational background in Analytical Sciences, Engineering or business relevant education
• 5 years experience in account management, customer services or other relevant experience with
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the industry for the relevant business unit (Softlines)
• Experience in international / multi-cultural environments
