📋 Description

• Work with the global director, regional ops, risk management, tooling, and ops development.
• Deliver fast, accurate, and efficient response operations across a globally distributed team.
• Ensure delivery aligns with universal standards, workflows, and performance management.
• Enable risk-informed response to criminality and safety threats for users.
• Lead program facilitation across GTAP and LEOps initiatives.
• This US remote role requires living in a state Airbnb can legally employ.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in complex data-driven delivery ops; 3+ years leading development.
• Strong safety background with global Trust and Safety experience.
• Proven program-building: case management, workflows, SLAs, QA.
• Global data privacy law expertise for disclosures to law enforcement.
• Metrics and reporting: define KPIs, build reporting, drive decisions.
• Executive presence with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
