  • Develop and lead network strategies for partners, allies, local groups, and volunteers

  • 5+ years of senior-level experience in organizing, movement-building, or related field, ideally in
  • At least 3 years of direct people-management experience, including remote teams
  • Substantial lived and professional experience in the Majority World / Global South
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling grassroots or volunteer-led networks in the Majority
  • Strong knowledge of the global climate movement
  • Proven ability to build coalitions and cultivate strategic partnerships with donors and external
