📋 Description

  • Coordinate annual corporate obligations: filings, franchise taxes, licenses, governance tracking.
  • Review, draft, negotiate and coordinate NDAs, service, reseller, partner, and vendor contracts.
  • Support international expansion by coordinating with local counsel and stakeholders on regulatory and employment matters.
  • Assist with immigration, visa, and global mobility, including onboarding compliance.
  • Conduct multi-jurisdictional legal and regulatory research on employment models, EOR/PEO, licensing and governance.
  • Support employment matters including terminations, settlements, compliance reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Law or Legal Studies.
  • 3-5 years in corporate, commercial or compliance legal roles (in-house or law firm).
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance, contracts and employment matters.
  • Experience with EOR/PEO models preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; multi-jurisdictional priorities.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
