📋 Description

• Book and manage routine trucking appointments for inbound containers, shipments, and retail
• Track inbound and domestic shipments from booking to delivery, updating key milestones, appointment
• Monitor carrier SLAs, identify delayed shipments or missed appointments, and promptly escalate
• Serve as the primary execution coordinator for the Boot Barn container program, following routing
• Maintain complete, organized digital shipment files, including bills of lading (BOLs), delivery
• Create and maintain Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs) and inbound records across systems, ensuring PO

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or retail operations (relevant
• Meticulous approach to record-keeping, data entry, and system organization.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with a confident approach to following up with
• Curious mindset with an ability to identify discrepancies between documents, ask the right
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (vlookups, basic pivot tables) and Google Workspace.
