Global Logistics Coordinator

📋 Description

• Works within TRAX and related systems to audit carrier invoices against agreed freight rates
• Manages routine audit and cost-coding exceptions, maintain clear audit records, carrier onboarding
• Coordinates payment-status inquiries with carriers, freight providers and KEEN Accounts Payable
• Supports regional TRAX reporting and follow-up for the United States, Canada, Europe and Japan
• Prepares standard reports, scorecards, QBR support, RFP/RFI trackers and provider action logs.
• Maintains clear SharePoint records, approved department goals, meeting materials, decision records

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field required; equivalent
• Minimum one (1) to two (2) years experience in logistics, freight audit, transportation finance
