Global Manager, Recruiting Operations and Coordination

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiting coordinators across multiple offices, setting
• Own internal recruiting programs including interviewer enablement, onboarding for new interviewers
• Own Tier 1 operational backlog, including job requisitions, ATS data upkeep, interview plan
• Design and implement process improvements within tier one operations that reduce friction for
• Partner with Recruiting Operations on ATS architecture, workflow optimization, and data integrity
• Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards that track coordination team performance, candidate

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in recruiting operations or coordination, with progressive team management
• Demonstrated success building and managing a coordination team in a high-growth, fast-paced
• Deep expertise in ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever) and workflow automation tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive process improvements and inform
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills and the ability to influence without authority

🎁 Benefits

• Compensation: $180,000- $220,000 USD
