Global Manufacturing Infrastructure - Deployment Manager

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end delivery of satellite integration sites from initiation to handover.
• Own deployment schedule, budget, and work breakdown; hit milestones.
• Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and local stakeholders for equipment readiness.
• Track deployment schedule; manage dependencies across civil works and IT readiness.
• Identify and escalate risks; resolve delays; ensure cross-functional communication.
• Drive accountability across stakeholders and serve as central coordination point.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8+ years in infra/manufacturing or facility deployment PM, preferably aerospace/high-tech.
• Strong command of PM tools (Gantt, WBS, Critical Path, risk logs).
• Proven experience managing complex multi-stakeholder infrastructure projects.
• PM skills incl. scheduling, cost tracking, and risk mitigation.
• Fluent in English; strong documentation and stakeholder management.
