Global Meetings & Events Senior Associate, Meeting Planning

📋 Description

• Support assigned meetings and events throughout the full lifecycle, from planning and preparation
• Manage designated operational workstreams, communicating progress, priorities, risks, and potential
• Maintain project timelines, agendas, action logs, planning documents, and meeting materials while
• Build and maintain Cvent registration websites and attendee-facing event applications, ensuring
• Oversee registration processes, attendee data, event content, agendas, communications, and
• Monitor attendee information, resolve routine technical issues, and use approved AI and automation

🎯 Requirements

• Meet one of the following education and experience combinations:
• Master's degree.
• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of corporate event management experience, ideally in life
• Associate's degree and at least 6 years of corporate event management experience, ideally in life
• High school diploma or GED and at least 8 years of corporate event management experience, ideally
• A bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, communications, event management, or a related
