• Hold providers to commitments and drive project work as programs grow.

• Experience in global mobility with hands-on case ownership.
• Relentlessly responsive, empathetic to employees and teams.
• Ability to explain visa processes clearly and simply.
• Identify repeatable improvements and propose fixes to streamline work.
• Experience with entity transfers, business travel compliance, and related filings.
• Familiarity with Workday, Greenhouse, or Jira; comfortable with LLM tools (e.g., Claude).
