• Coordinate with external counsel and mobility providers.
• Interpret mobility policies; advise on scenarios for employees.
• Maintain mobility data in HRIS; generate reports and insights.
• Support program development and use AI/automation to improve processes.
• Deliver a positive employee experience for relocating staff.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Experience: 7-10 years in global mobility and immigration.
• Technical Expertise: Knowledge of global immigration laws, visas, and processes.
• Mobility & compensation: Relocation logistics, tax equalization, international assignments.
• Tech proficiency: Workday, GreenHouse, Jira.
• Soft skills: Strong communication, analytical, organizational, stakeholder management.
