Global Mobility Manager

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end US immigration case processing, including preparation, tracking, and coordination
• Prepare and organize documentation packages for visa petitions and employment-based immigration
• Coordinate wet signature collection from employees, managers, and authorized company signers for
• Maintain accurate case files and timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met and compliance
• Track petition status with vendors and government agencies; provide timely updates to employees and
• Support US work authorization verification and I-9 compliance processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in immigration support or global mobility.
• Demonstrated experience preparing and coordinating visa petition documentation.
• Exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail skills; ability to manage multiple cases and
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex immigration matters
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn new software
• Understanding of US immigration compliance requirements.

• Base pay of $102,300 - $179,000 per year
