📋 Description

• Monitor social media activity across platforms such as Twitter and Reddit using Talkwalker
• Support real-time traditional news monitoring by preparing and delivering client briefings and
• Work closely with analysts to identify social posts and developments that could create reputational
• Collect, organize, and prepare data to support social media analysis and scheduled client reporting
• Write clear, descriptive analysis that explains the underlying stories and drivers behind positive
• Contribute to longer-term traditional and social media analysis projects as opportunities arise

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; communications, journalism, economics, history, or another
• Experience producing analytical reports and written materials using Microsoft Office
• Strong interest in social media, the 24/7 news cycle, and the intersection of culture, business
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex or
• Strong analytical curiosity and a desire to understand the context, drivers, and deeper meaning
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over assigned work
