📋 Description

• Own complex, high-priority programs from initial planning through execution and handoff, including
• Build and manage comprehensive program plans that translate ambiguous objectives into clear
• Proactively identify risks and blockers, coordinate resolutions, and adapt program plans as
• Connect cross-functional work across People, Recruiting, Finance, Legal, Tax, IT, and other teams
• Develop repeatable operational infrastructure, including templates, SOPs, playbooks, and processes
• Drive critical decisions by developing clear points of view, framing trade-offs, coordinating

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in fast-moving environments.
• Meaningful experience supporting M&A transactions and integrations across multiple stages of
• Hands-on operating style with a strong bias toward action and the ability to step into gaps and
• Strong judgment when navigating ambiguity, including the ability to determine when deeper diligence
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and align specialists and senior leaders across functions
• Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to distill complex programs into clear
