📋 Description

• Own complex global programs from scope through go-live and handoff, including new entity formation
• Build and drive the program plan, translating a messy objective into clear requirements
• Connect the dots across functions. Partner deeply with People Ops, People Systems, Finance
• Own program communication and change management, from crisp executive updates and decision points
• Build repeatable infrastructure as we scale, turning what we learn from each program into better

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs, with experience in global People
• A hands-on operating style and strong bias toward action. You dig into the substance, step into
• Strong stakeholder management and judgment, with the ability to align specialists and senior
• Clear, direct executive communication. You can distill a complicated program into the decisions
• Strong AI fluency. You use AI as a core part of how you work — to move faster, synthesize
