Maintain communication with transport and warehousing partners to move shipments.
Collaborate across Flexport teams to align on shipments.
Ensure shipments move on time and handle exceptions.
Use metrics to identify opportunities and improve performance.
Own client data quality by validating bookings, tracking status, and schedules.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s/Associate’s degree or 1+ year relevant experience; new grads encouraged.
Team-oriented; focused on achieving team and client outcomes.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Sheets/Excel).
Fluent in English, written and spoken.
