Global Partner Lead GSI Partner Management -EMEA

📋 Description

• Act as ecosystem orchestrator for GSI partnerships in EMEA
• Develop tech-driven partnerships with select GSIs
• Move beyond co-sell to value-based, AI-led offerings
• Drive regional GTM plans countering competitive models
• Manage CXO-level relationships and governance
• Co-design AI-driven use cases with GSIs

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in management consulting, alliance management, or partner GTM in enterprise SaaS
• Executive presence with CXO-level relationships
• Strategic & Technical fluency in process automation and digital twin; co-innovation
• GSI domain expertise with Big4/Tier-1 GSIs (e.g., Deloitte, KPMG)
• Commercial expertise: track record in high-value contracts and joint sales
• Ecosystem execution across direct and matrix orgs with partners and hyperscalers
