📋 Description

• Own Canva's Partner Relationship Management platform end-to-end
• Build roadmap for platform and processes as we scale
• Manage onshore/offshore deal registration and order processing
• Design critical commercial processes: partner payments, MDF, workflows
• Own partner agreements and contract operations with Legal and Finance
• Lead the account mapping and lead-sharing infrastructure for co-sell

🎯 Requirements

• Built or owned ops for multi-channel SaaS partner programs
• Fluent in partner tech: PRM platforms and Crossbeam
• Skilled in payments reconciliation and data-driven program health
• Able to standardize now and design for scale
• Experience with resellers, agencies, alliances, or ISVs
• Led distributed teams across time zones
