• Manage PSPs, banks, and payment schemes to align with goals.
• Negotiate and close payment partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product/tech for seamless payment integration.
• Identify process improvements to optimize payments and satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering/Management/Business/Economics or quantitative fields
• 4-12 years in payments roles (BD, strategy, partnerships, campaigns, product ownership)
• Experience leading multiple teams and departments
• Highly versatile, focused on high productivity
• Excellent knowledge of payment systems/fintech
• Strong business acumen and curiosity; understands market and growth opportunities
